When owner Sebastian Valencia talked about opening Playa Grande Tacos & Tequila, the margaritas were the first thing he wanted people to notice. They are handcrafted and made entirely from scratch, with flavors you may not find at other Mexican restaurants: cucumber, spicy pineapple, guava and mango.
The flavors
- Cucumber: a cooler, fresher take on the classic.
- Spicy pineapple: sweet fruit with a kick.
- Guava: a tropical flavor that is less common on local menus.
- Mango: sweet and fruity.
More to drink
Margaritas and beer are served at the bar. See our signature drinks, margarita flavors and prices, and ask the team for today's selection. Non-alcoholic options include aguas frescas, flavored lemonade, Jarritos and fountain Coca-Cola products. You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol.
What to eat with them
Margaritas pair naturally with house-made guacamole and choriqueso, the Baja shrimp tacos, or fajitas.
